In this course students will be encouraged to work in larger formats, with fluid acrylics, as well as heavy body paints with collage. Students will develop their painting vocabulary, and an understanding of what is abstract vs non-objective art through a series of projects.

Though technique will remain an important aspect, emphasis will be placed on experimentation, building personal style and colour sense.

Students are responsible for their own art materials.
