This class is suitable for those who are looking to expand their painting experience, work towards their own style, without being constrained by a follow the leader class approach.

Learn the essential techniques you need to paint confidently with Acrylics or Oils!  Weekly projects explore innovative possibilities in both mediums. All techniques will be carefully demonstrated, using photo reference, and explained in an easy -to- follow step-by-step format.

1. What kind of brush strokes, how to handle the brush.

2. Colour Theory and mixing  

3. Understanding how to create form with light and Shadow

4. Underpainting (monochromatic) to create a good base 

Students are responsible for their own art materials.
